FUNDRAISING

As a registered charity we keep an active fundraising schedule. The money raised enables us to buy extra equipment for use by the children, take on educational projects and generally enhance the learning environment. We accept donations from interested individuals and bodies, for which we are extremely grateful.

During the academic year of 2022 / 2023 we have had in-house sponsored events, such as a King’s Coronation Treasure. We held a garden party, which included a cake sale, tombola, balloon modeller and lucky-dip.

We have also raised money with various raffles such as Easter and Christmas Raffles.

We have our Autumn Walk Treasure hunt coming up and the children have been busy making Christmas cards of which Dandelions receive a small percentage of money from the sales.

GOAL - To further enhance our extensive outdoor area. So far in 2023, we have already introduced a music area and purchased equipment to further support children’s physical development skills.

We have introduced a new cosy reading corner for the children to snuggle up and read their favorite stories.

During 2023, we used our valuable fundraising monies to enhance our outside area.

Purchasing steps and clambering walls to support children’s physical development.

We have also introduced an outdoor music area, which is already getting so much use.
